Those experiences reinforced my passion for leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
As a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Tinsley Capital, I work alongside business owners and acquisition teams to support successful transactions through financial analysis, market research, and strategic communication. I enjoy helping clients navigate complex decisions and take pride in providing thoughtful, data-driven insights that contribute to long-term success.
Before joining Tinsley Capital, I gained valuable experience in healthcare finance with BrightSpring Health Services and SCA Health, where I developed expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, and client communication.
